The PP folding filter is designed with a structure consisting of a superfine polypropylene fiber film and non-woven fabric. It also includes inner and outer support layers made of either wire mesh or non-woven fabric. These layers are folded to increase the filtration area and enhance the pollution capacity of the filter element.
In addition, the center rod and end cover of the filter shell are manufactured using hot melt welding technology. This process ensures that no adhesive is used, resulting in a filter that is free from leakage and secondary pollution.
The folding design of the filter element allows for a larger membrane filtration area, enabling it to capture a greater amount of pollutants. As a result, the pressure difference across the filter remains low, extending its service life.
